Railing, no. 130 [Urban Beach Week, 2011]

For Urban Beach Weekend on South Beach, guard railing was put up on the street on the east side of Washington Ave, taking one lane. On Collins Ave, guard rails were put up on both sides of the street, taking one full lane each. Ocean Drive was, of course, entirely pedestrian traffic, unavailable to cars.
